Mitchell McEntee
Mitchell McEntee is the Head of Technical Direction at Mac Productions and an ETCP Certified Rigger with extensive experience in live events, theatrical production, and structural rigging systems. He specializes in bridging creative design with real-world execution, overseeing engineering coordination, fabrication integration, and onsite technical leadership. His approach is grounded in precision, safety, and disciplined production planning.
Allie McEntee
Allie serves as Head of Production Management at Mac Productions, bringing experience from both Broadway productions and regional theatrical shows. With a background in assisting large scale productions and coordinating fast-paced live environments, she specializes in organization, communication, and seamless logistical execution.
A graduate of SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design), Allie combines formal production training with hands on industry experience. Her expertise spans scheduling, team coordination, vendor communication, and on the ground production support — ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through performance.
Her approach is rooted in preparation, clarity, and adaptability, helping creative teams stay focused while operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
Steve McEntee
Steve McEntee serves as a consultant for Mac Productions, bringing over 50 years of experience across every facet of the live entertainment industry. His career spans touring, theatrical production, fabrication, technical execution, and large-scale show operations.
Steve has worked on major international productions, including touring with Miss Saigon and other productions produced by Cameron Mackintosh, gaining firsthand experience at the highest levels of theatrical performance and production.
With decades of field knowledge and leadership experience, Steve provides strategic guidance, industry insight, and practical solutions grounded in real-world experience. His perspective reflects a lifetime dedicated to the craft, discipline, and evolution of live production.
McLaren McEntee
McLaren serves as Director of Morale and Site Security at Mac Productions. With an unmatched commitment to perimeter patrol and snack acquisition, McLaren ensures all facilities remain properly supervised at all times.
Specializing in stress reduction, unsolicited meeting attendance, and quality control of dropped food, McLaren plays a vital role in maintaining workplace energy and team cohesion.
When not overseeing operations, McLaren can be found conducting routine nap inspections, supervising load ins from a safe distance, or reminding leadership when it is, in fact, time to go home.
